A woman, Rebecca Good, sobbed "it's my fault" after her wife, Renee Nicole Good, was fatally shot by an ICE agent in Minneapolis. Renee drove at the officer during an ICE operation, leading to the shooting. The couple, new to Minneapolis from Kansas City, had a young child at school.
